COMPREHENSIVE CAMPUS PLAN

COMPREHENSIVE CAMPUS PLAN

The goal of the University of Arizona Comprehensive Campus Plan is to provide the best environment for teaching, research, student life, and service to the State of Arizona in support of University academic and strategic planning.

The Campus Plan is updated in approximately five-year intervals. The current plan was adopted by the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) in 2003 and updated in 2009.

The Plan provides a framework for growing the physical campus while balancing many interconnected and interdependent issues, weaving together needs of campus density, building form and inspirational open space within the framework of utility infrastructure, pedestrian, bicycle, parking and neighboring land use.
