In 2019, a "Conditions Evaluation and Preventative Maintenance Report" was commissioned for all of the parking garages on Campus. This project addresses all of the needs that were identified in that report to repair and maintain these garages. The plans and specifications for the work were done in time for the actual repairs and maintenance to start in the summer of 2019. This work assures that the garages are maintained in good condition and remain serviceable for the foreseeable future. The list of Garages included in this project are: Sixth Street, Tyndall Avenue, Main Gate, Park Avenue, Highland Avenue, Second Street, Cherry Avenue, and the Health Sciences Garage.
