Privatized project and lease agreement with Club Corp to renovate and operate the Sand's Club level 5 of the Lowell Stevens Football Facility. Renovation work includes partitioning off the 5th level into several separate dining and meeting room spaces. Club Corp has contracted with J E Dunn as the design builder for the renovation work. J E Dunn has contracted with Populous/Swain for the design and construction administration effort.
