Description

Renovation and modernization of the baseball team facility to include training rooms, lounge / eating / kitchen facilities, and team meeting room to meet short term needs. Along with immediate needs, a master plan will be developed for multi-phase long-term goals to improve other areas of the facility for fan engagement and recruitment of talent.
